POP3 Mail deleted some of my mails

I have a pro license. One of my mails uses POP3 and deleted some of the mails. locally one of the users still has the mails. is it possible to sync those mails again with the server

POP3 does not sync with a server, but what you can do is export the messages by selecting them and choosing Save As. Copy the eml files across to your device and drag them from Explorer into the folder you want.


I’ve done what you said. and just imported it again on another user and it went and sync with the other users
