POP3 doesn't download emails with attachments

Way beyond this user, but if i’m very careful walking them through it, and if we do a backup first, it may be do-able.

Hi Gary,

We have some progress, in that this is now confirmed as an eM Client problem. When the user drags an email with attachments into a folder in the account for the problem address, the email disappears from both accounts in eM Client.

I will be taking steps to rebuild the database, but it won’t be right away as this will take a whole day, or more (due to so many emails), and i have to walk the user through this very carefully.
