POP3 cannot be accessed

I want to use POP3 for my gmail, but eM Client cannot accept or fix the issue, although IMAP works just fine. POP is enabled for gmail, smtp = 587, POP3 = 995, and TLS and SSL should be selected but not available to manually select in eM Client. VPN and virus protection has been turned off and has not made a difference. How does one access POP3?

In your Google settings, you need to enable less secure apps.
