email doesn’t work

It is necessary to know what the error is. Go to Menu > Tools > Operations and see if there are any errors. Also any pop-up errors that are displayed when you start the application.

It could be your anti-virus or firewall blocking the connection. You can disable those and try again.
Otherwise, it may be an incorrect setting for your server. Who is your email provider?
