Permission denied, must close eM Client

After sending an email with an attachment I need to close eM Client should I decide to edit the original on my computer. I will receive a permission denied when trying to save changes in the desktop original.
Why is this happening and how to avoid it?

This has been fixed, but you will need to wait for the next release.

In the mean-time, you will need to restart eM Client before you can edit or delete the original file.
