Hi, after I use gmail Chat, becomes procesor load on permanently to 40% (MailClient.exe - v.5.0.17595.0, Win7, 64bit, dual core CPU). Will not help close the chat window or change my chat status to offline. Any solution for this problem? Thank you
Hello. Please download a tool from http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstack… and run it when eMClient is using the CPU. It will generate a log file (starting with “eM Client Stack” in your Documents folder) which will help us analyze the problem in more detail. You can send the file directly to me at [email protected]
