I have a POP3 account (comcast) that I use with my eM Client program. I have the box checked to “keep a copy of email on the server” and the box checked “Remove from the server when deleted from the ‘deleted’ folder”. Lots of my email is garbage/spam and eM Client does a great job weeding out the junk into my junk folder. The issue is that despite deleting my trash folder and junk folder regularly - these emails are not deleted from my comcast server. As a result, I’m going over my comcast quota often. I don’t have a “deleted” folder (it is called Trash) on eM client - is that the issue? Is there any way to fix this so I don’t have to log onto the server to delete emails?
