Paying for version 8

I’ve paid for a “lifetime” version of emClient but now discover that I have to pay again to use version 8. Must we now pay again each time the version of emClient changes?


A Lifetime Upgrade license allows you to use that license with all versions of eM Client, indefinitely.

Make sure that you are using the correct license. To check, go to Menu > Help > License, and it will display the type of license you have activated. So like this:


If you have some other license displayed, click on Deactivate, then on Activate, and paste in your lifetime upgrade license key.

If you have lost they key, you can have it resent to you from here.

Or, are you referring to the VIP Support entitlement?
That is per year, and when it expires, if you want further VIP Support, you will need to purchase another year. You can do that here.
