This happened in my oppinion after last upgrade.
Inserting whole file is OK (as You can see on first pic in screenshot). Inserting selection made in another program with CTRL-C, in pbrush for example, will paste somelike duplicated and owerlapped owerlapped part.
See differences on screenshot.
Hello, since you mentioned this started occurring after a recent upgrade, it is worth noting that you may not be running the very latest build available. I recommend updating to the absolute latest version from our Release History page:
If the issue persists after updating, please try using the Snipping Tool (Windows Key + Shift + S) to capture and paste the selection into your email instead of MS Paint.
If neither updating nor using the Snipping Tool resolves the issue, we will need a few more details about your setup. Since your license qualifies you for VIP Support, feel free to open a ticket directly with our team here so we can look into it further:
Thank You For advice for particular bypass the problem. Clipping tool works. But I had used to make copy of some window, paste it to pbrush, make some edits like adding circles and arrows to something i want to highlight, then copy again, and place it into mail body.
I have latest version and problem persists. With Win Pbrush can be reproduced by 100%.
Personally, I think its about data format in the clipboard. There can be many representations at once (for example tabular from excel+textonly copy). And in my oppinion pbrush is pushing more complex dataset, that emClient can handle.
Summary: emClient is great, I like it, but this is error and should be corrected (while We talking about payed software here).
I Will open the ticket
nice day.

What program did you create the original file in ?
