Paste does not keep the format

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having trouble pasting text from Word into the forum. For the past few days, when I try to paste, I only see the paste option, which doesn’t retain any formatting so I can paste only the plain text.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can change the option in Menu > Settings > Mail > Compose:

Or you can use the format option in the tooltip:

First of all, thank you for the quick answer.

I already adopted solution 1, on solution 2 I can select only the second and third option but not the fist one…

I meant it is like that image but I cannot select the first icon that should be the right one.
