Password

I have just downloaded eM Client & imported everything from Thunderbird. However when I try to get all emails I am asked for a password. I wasn’t asked to create a password when i downloaded eM Client. I entered my Thunderbird password in the settings but the server doesn’t accept it.

you can try re-adding that account, if this will not help maybe the password is really wrong.

anyway send me Import, IMAP logs - Tools - Settings - Advanced - and mark off Import under Global and IMAP under your account.
Then restart eM Client and try to import again, after this send me logs to [email protected]
also please copy&paste (to wordpad) - Tools - Operations - Log tab and add it to email with logs
