Password box keeps popping up

I use eM Client to sync my mail from an Exchange online account. The mail is received and it’s working like it should. The problem is that every time the mail is synced the username and password box pops up. The "Save password"checkbox is ticked. When i press okay the popup box pops up again. When I press Cancel the box is gone for a minute or so until the next sync.

It’s really annoying and I hope someone has a fix for this!

That solved the issue! Thank you for the quick reply and solid solution! Just discovered the app and I really love it!

Anything else I can try? Installed the newer version above, but still tells me that my login info is wrong. Disabled everything except Mail and still no luck. Thanks!

Hi Crystal, are you using an Exchange account or is this just a similar issue? What mail service are you using with eM Client?

Are you using a google account? If so, please try to set this option to enable using your google account to enable access to your emails using your regular web access password.
