my free licence has expired one week ago now I have paid for continuation. unfortuanatelly no e mails arrived so far after i have paid. how to fix this? how do i get my activation code?
If you purchased a Pro License, then you need to activate eM Client using the key you were sent.
Go to Menu > Help > License and deactivate the Free License. Free Licenses don’t expire, so maybe you were using the application in evaluation mode. In that case there will be nothing to deactivate, so you can click on the Activate button and enter the new key.
