Upon opening eM Client 10, the own folders (in Outlook / Gmail / Yahoo / etc) are now no longer directly accessible but you first have to open ‘More’ and then get your own folders. This 2 step approoach is very annoying. Please restore previous functionality (that the ‘More’ grouping is opening per latest access, ie. opening all folders directly).

To permanently show hidden account mail folders using any version of eM Client, either “right click” on the hidden folder under More and then click “Show” on the menu.
Or just “drag” the hidden folder up above the More menu.
Or “right click on your email account name” at the top of all your folders, and click “Show / Hide folders”. You will then see all of the hidden folders and can enable them in the one window.
There is also a Sleekplan suggestion “which is now Planned Status” on the em Client Roadmap to always show all folders” as an option in Settings you can vote for below of you want that.
The option to completely disable “More” feature is already implemented and will be a part of eM Client 11.
Similar but different problem with “more” folder. All of my folders under the “more” folder just completely disappeared in emclient. They had been there and in use for more than a year. They are still in gmail and the show/hide settings are all ok, but I can’t get them back into emclient. I have never changed the settings in either emclient or gmail. Can’t seem to find a way to resync.
First right click “on your email address” above your Inbox and click “Show / Hide” and see if they are showing in there. If they are enable them.
If they are also not showing in your Gmail address then next “right click” on the Gmail “All Mail” folder and click “Properties” at the bottom. Then click the “Repair” at the top and click Repair.
That will resync the Gmail server online folders back locally to eM Client. Once repaired your messages and message folders will be initially slower to reread till fully locally cached again.
If it still doesn’t show those hidden folders, then either go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove and readd your Gmail account via the automatic account wizard for Google Workspace as per this link Email Client for Gmail and Google Apps | eM Client
Or if you have been regularly backing up eM Client either manually via the Menu or automatically via the Settings, then go to “Menu / File / Restore” and restore a recent backup when you know the folders where there. Any new messages and folders since the restore will update when eM Client reconnects.
Lastly once you get the folders showing make a new backup via “Menu / Backup”.
