Outlook import fails -- "unknown reason"

Hi, just uninstalled your product. It does NOT import from Outlook 2010. I have a lot of local data that must be maintained from older PST files. Also, I need to get those emails sent up to Gmail so it is stored in the cloud. Nothing works for this currently, as you have to use Google Apps, which does not apply in my case.


can you please send me import logs? Tools - Settings - Advanced, then restart eM Client and try to import again.
