Outlook connection errors

Hi There, 

Every so often i get connection error messages and they stay on screen until i close it, there is nothing wrong with my connection as i have a fibre line and there is also nothing wrong with my outlook account as well as I’ve had that for more than 16 years, I’ve used other mail apps and I’ve had no connection issues with any of them, is there a way to disable the connection error messages as I’m getting them for both my outlook and gmail accounts?

Hello Antony,

If you’d like to stop the errors from popping up, you can do so in Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> General - General - uncheck ‘Show window when an error occurs’. Please just keep in mind that you’re doing so at your own risk.
