Outlook.com sync problems - can sent out but cannot receive nor sync folders

Setup outlook.com account with latest version of eM Client. It automatically set up the connection using m.hotmail.com server, using my credentials. Can send out emails but cannot receive, nor does it sync my account folders. Hi Louis,
could you please click the third tab in the same window titled ‘Log’ and copy it’s contents here when this error pops up?
Also, please tell me which version of eM Client are you running (Help>About).
