Outlook.com AirSync Problem


everything works fine, except that i get from time to time “AirSync” Problem: Could not Connect.
I am unable to find the error in the Logfile.
Anyone can help?


Hi Martin, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer? When the error occurs, can you please switch to the log tab, copy the content of the log and post it here on the forum?

i am using the version 6.0.21040.0
i have a logfile with 10mb size from the last time the error ocured.

Hi Martin, this is unfortunately a server side issue with the AirSync protocol. The log file you’ve sent us contains information about error 5102, which is a server error that causes the application to resynchronize your mailbox, unfortunately we’re unable to support this issue as it is a server side problem.

My best suggestion here would be reporting the issue to Microsoft. However, you can try to update your application to this release, http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21274/setup.msi and do folder repair on your account (right click your mailbox folder and select Properties > Repair and click on the “Repair” button).

It might temporarily help.

Updated with the Version you provided and did folder repair on my account and since 5 days no AirSync error.
