Outlook airsync issues

Hi,
I am getting this error messages occasionally when syncing outlook email:

[AirSync] Synchronization error (SyncStateNotFound)

What’s the issue and how can it be fixed?

No I haven’t. Although the frequency of getting that error reduced but still sometimes I get that. Not sure what is happening to be honest.

I personally think its just eg: the amount of users globally hitting Microsoft servers and the servers just dont allways cope at all times of the day.

When i have had that error randomly happen i close and reopen eM CIient and it usually then fixes it.

I haven’t currently seen that error recently, so i am guessing for me anyway maybe my local Microsoft mirror servers in my country have better updated.

If this is happening all the time, i would suggest to try removing and readding your account via the automatic email wizard in eM Client.

Also check if you are using the latest eM Client version incase its outdated. You can see and get all the various versions via the release history page.

Apart from thaf if you already are using a recent eM CIient version and removing and readding your account makea no difference, i would suggest to contact Microsoft via phone or their community support page and advise that error you are getting. Tell them what Country you are connecting from as well.
