Outlook 365 does synchronize completely with eM Client

I just bought a personal lifetime license after using the trial version.

Continuing from the state of synchronization of the trial version, all of the folders from Outlook 365 are still incomplete in eM Client.

Examples (as of Feb. 4, 2025, 10:56 PM):
Outlook Inbox has 110,851 messages, eM Client has 74,054.
Outlook Sent has 19,776 messages, eM Client has 13,687.
Outlook Archive 2021 has 27,185 messages, eM Client has 16,887.

Synchronization is set to every 10 minutes.

Do you have Categories option turned on in eM Client, if so the “missing” emails may be in a different category? Try turning Categories off: *Settings > Mail > Categories then untick “Show categories” Then click Apply or Save & Close See if that resolves the issue.
