Outgoing email will not send

I have recently moved and have had to change my internet provider. I still have same email through previous company, it is an email only account.
What setting do I need to adjust in em client to fix this issue? TIA

Who was your previous ISP?
Who is your new ISP?
Are you using POP3 or IMAP?
