Option to import Outlook "whole accounts" is not available to select (greyed out)?

I’m trying to make the switch from Outlook, but when I went to import my .pst file, the option to select “Import Whole Account(s)” is greyed out and I can’t select it as an option?

(Also, I have my pc text setting to be sized at “medium” and portions of the boxes are cut off and I can’t read everything.  There is no scrolling side bar.)

Hi, if you’re trying to import a .pst file you have to select “import selected PST data file” instead of importing whole accounts. Do you have Outlook installed on your computer currently?

Also can you make a screenshot of the second issue and post it here?
