I tried to send an email that “exceeds fixed maximum message size.” I deleted it and cleared the log, but the error message keeps returning. How do I get rid of it?
IMO, the fact that the error message keeps surfacing means that the message exists. Have you looked in all “OUTBOX” folders?

After you delete the offending message, make sure you then delete it from the trash folder and then close and reopen eM Client.
