Operations Error Popup regarding AT&T account

Why am I constantly getting an Operations error popup window regarding my AT&T mail account? I’ve tried removing that account and then adding it back in again which seems to stop or limit the Operations error for a few hours but then it starts popping up seemingly every time a new message comes in through that account. I can still see all of the mail from that account so why am I constantly getting this Operations error? I’ve looked but haven’t been able to find any way to disable that popup. Whenever that popup occurs I cannot use eM Client until I close the popup. Even if I’m in the middle of typing a new message or a reply when that thing pops up you are not doing anything until you close the popup window. Extremely annoying.

If you are receiving your mail ok, but are getting the operations error popup and already tried removing and re-adding your accout as you advised, you normally then shouldn’t be getting errors, unless there is some sort of mail server related issue.

What you can try is to disable the error popup window via the “Menu / Settings / General / Operation Window section” (Pc) or "eM Client / Preferences / General / Operations Window section (Mac).

Just untick the option to “Show window when an error occurs” and then Save Settings and close and reopen eM Client & see if that fixes it.

Well, it means there is some error. So something is wrong that needs to be fixed, and shouldn’t be ignored. Disabling the error popup is not a solution, sorry @cyberzork. It is showing for a reason. It is not like a connection error, where we don’t show an operations popup. If a popup appears, it is more serious.

@blksn8k, in order to know what the problem is, you need to say what the error is. If you want to send me the Operations log, go to Menu > Operations and click on the Copy log option. Paste it into a text file, and send the file to [email protected]
