Opening of IM window in eM Clinent Centrum Mail

Cannot find a way how to start IM chat with a specific contact from my contact list. Have the Centrum Mail v. 4.0.15145.0. I can see a notifications about logged on/logged off contacts down in the system tray as a pop up window, but I can send them a message only in case, when the notification window appears and I am quick enough to grab it with my mouse until it disappears. When it get away, I have no chance to send any message/to open the chat window. Might be, that I only cannot find the right button, but would appreciate you support here. Thanks a lot. Pavel

have you tried double - clicking on that contact?

Hello,

this was hard to find out but I have realized that in 4th version there were two panels for contacts with “chat” and “contacts” are you switched to chat panel? Contacts act this way that they open by double click.
