Open Exchange Calendar

My boss has created a shared calendar in Exchange that I’d like to view and edit.  I added his account in Delegation area, and the calendar appeared in my list and opened and I can create and edit events which is great.

The problem is I am the Exchange Administrator and it added his e-mail in the email section as well.  Is there any way to remove that?  I don’t want to his e-mail, just the one shared calendar?
