When I open attachment from received mail, then will display error

is this a system kind or error or an error inside the eM Client’s error window? Could you take a screenshot of this error and if it is the latter, could you copy the contents of the Tools > Operations > Log tab?

And I have one more question. About the free license. if I apply the free license the country is H.K., then when I go back to china, it’s there are problem for using? I see sometime cannot connect to office 365 server.
Hi Jaye,
we have numerous licenses registered from both Hong Kong and China, so I believe our licensing servers are accessible from there.
If your email accounts servers will be as well is hard to tell, I’m not sure if Microsoft servers are blocked in China or not…
