Only one email account imported on setup

Tried to download and install eM Client today. During setup I ticked 2 email accounts to be imported over to eM Client however only one account has been imported. The account that was not imported was a livemail account which I use all the time. There are “Local folders” in the list of accounts but these are all empty.

that is a strange issue. Can you try importing again (Menu>File>Import…) and this time check only the missing account?
