only emails from my default address showing

i have 2 email addresses one is icloud and the other is bigpond. I have chosen to use my bigpond account as the default email. However, I would still like to get emails from icloud as well. At this stage em client is only bringing up my bigpond account and not icloud - how can i fix this. thanks Jo

Hi, do you see your iCloud account on left side panel under “Mail” section?

no just my bigpond account

Sometimes it helps to remove the e-mail account and add it again.
