Hi. I have two email accounts set up in eM. One of them is set up as my default email address. I am now unable to send from another e-mail address besides my default email. When I start a new email, eM defaults to a my default email address and I can’t find another email address from the drop-down menu list.
Please advise how I can select the email account to send the mail. Thanks a lot!
It is possible if the other account is a Microsoft hosted account (MSN, Outlook, Hotmail etc.) that one of the services is not enabled. Go to Menu > Accounts and click on the General tab for that account. Scroll down to Services and tick the AirSync option. Then click on Save & Close.
If it is not a Microsoft hosted account, it could be that the SMTP service is not ticked in the same account settings, or when adding the account the SMTP service was not added. Tick it if it is there, or remove and re-add the account manually if it is not there. Full instructions for manually adding an account are in the Documentation (F1) in the Getting Started section.
Thank you for your advice, I deleted the email account and reinstalled, now it works.
