I have noticed that an email I have sent today through my imap account configured on the latest em client on Windows 10 laptop has disappeared. I checked the server (siteground hosting email interface) and the email is there, but I have no idea why it had disappeared from the client! I checked around all other folders in the client, nothing was there…
This is interesting behaviour because an account in eM Client set as IMAP should reflect changes on the server in real-time. Please try fixing the folder with rightclick on the folder > Properties > Repair and run the repair tool, then let me know if it helped. Add please an information about the mail server that has this issue.
