One normal email will not download.

I have been using eM Client for 1 day and am impressed. Today, however, one normal email that arrived today (from Kaiser Permanente) will not download. Dots keep going across the top of the message window, but the message does not appear. Other email clients have no problem with the message.

Is there a fix?
