Hi, can i integrate my two calendar inputs (Exchange (through owa) & Google) in one signal calender and when add a new appointment in Em client, it will then update both the Google and exchange (owa) calendars?

unfortunately, while you can view both of your calendars, you cannot create the event in both calendars simultaneously.
You can however copy the event using the CTRL key and dragging the event to your second calendar.
