Often I get (not responding) displayed

Not responding gets displayed often through the day.
Im a new user.
Is there something I can change to make this occur less often ?

how many account do you have set? Are you getting any other error messages?

I just switched a couple of days ago to your system and I like it, its clear and its quick.
I have one account a google mail account.
There are however more than 4000 mails in the in box that I am working on clering and filing at the moment.

please run the tool available from http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstack… after the freeze happens. It should generate a log file (starting with “eM Client Stack” in your Documents folder) that will help us analyze the problem in more detail. Hi I never got back to you on this and no idea why not.
It does not freeze permanently, it is displayed for a few seconds and then goes and all is OK. There would be no time to run a tool. It is annoying, it happens often throughout the day.

What can be handy is to put a shortcut to eMStackDump.exe onto the taskbar (by dragging it on the taskbar).
