Office 365 sometimes will not show the email body

I’m on Windows 10, EM Client version v7.0.27943.0.

My email provider is Office 365 and I find that after using email for a few minutes (it is unpredictable but somewhere around 30 minutes) it stops showing message bodies. I can see the subject line/sender/recipient but the email body is completely blank.

It isn’t enough to just quit EM Client and restart it; I have to quit and then kill the running process and then when I load EM Client again I can see message bodies again.

This problem sounds similar to the problem that IMAP users sometimes have, but the recommended fix for those users doesn’t apply to me.

Please help. I really like the look and feel of this application.
