Office 365 Mail POP Problem

When I try to set up eM Client with a GoDaddy Office 365 Mail account using the POP3 settings that GoDaddy gave me I can send emails but I cannot receive them. When I run a diagnostic in eM Client for that account the SMTP returns “Ok” but the POP3 returns “Server not responding.”
If I set up exactly the same account in Windows Mail (the built in one in Windows 10) or Outlook or Windows Live Mail or even on my phone it works perfectly. How can I get it to work with eM Client? Is this an eM Client bug? Here are the settings that GoDaddy gave me that work everywhere except eM Client:

POP
Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: TLS

SMTP
Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: STARTTLS

If I try port 110 on POP3 it connects instantly but does not recognize my login (and yes I am 50 million percent sure it is correct).
