Office 365 Hybrid

Our E-Mail is setup as Hybrid Exchange solution with O365 mailboxes. If I try my company email address automatic account detection fails. Outlook.com does not work as it tried to do oAuth with the link to private Office Account verification and does not recognize my business account. Exchange does also not work as it does not find the right server. I now did it manual with IMAP/SMTP but lacking contacts and calender access.

How to get this running? Thanks.
