Hi,
can you please paste here complete text of error or at least specify approximately when it happened and what address did you use when you sent bug report? We will try to find the report and analyze/fix the issue.

Selected import whole account and got message:-
“An exception happened when trying to import data. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”
Tried import selected folders and got this message:-
“An exception happened when trying to import data: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.”
