Notifications only come through when I click on the receive/send all mail. I’d like to be notified of new mail without having to do this. Is there a fix?

How do I change the incoming notification sound?
Hello Debbie,
go to Tools>Settings>General>Notifications section.
Click the folder icon next to the Sound file column and choose your new sound and save the setting.
