In the latest version on Mac OS there were some changes to the notification that pops up when a new email arrives and the em client app doesn’t have focus. The problem I have is that if I saw a notification for an email while I was in another app, I used to be able to select delete - which would delete the email (great) and the focus would stay on my current app (also great). However with the new changes - when I delete an email from the notification, it now shifts the focus away from my current app and to em client (not great).

Hi, could you please send us a screenshot of your notification settings in macOS + let me know if you have “Use system notifications” enabled in eM Client’s Settings > General > Notifications?
Hmm. I don’t see anything that says “Notifications” under General, Notifications are separate at the same level as General. Also - I don’t see any setting that says “Use system notifications”
Please show us your settings from Mac directly as well (in system preferences), and apologies, the second question is irrelevant to macOS, the settings is only on Windows.
