I can add notes to email - very useful. Or at least could be if notes will display as multi line (like in editor) and if user can set font size for notes.
Is sometimes very useful to add notes to email, but when they are so small, is hard to even notice them.
Or am I wrong and font size (plus multiline) is somewhere in settings and I can’t find it?
Notes are displayed at the bottom of the email header, with new paragraphs removed (presumably to keep the display compact).
However, if you display the Notes column in your email list and hover the mouse over the Note icon, the note will be displayed in a pop-up window with the new paragraphs preserved.
I am not sure if it is possible to change the font size of the pop-up display or email header.
I know how it works now. I am talking about some improvement that should be done. Notes are too small. I don’t care about keeping display compact - emails are displayed fine, even if they’re big, so there should be not a big deal to add option to display notes in multiple lines with bigger font.
