Have been using eM Client for a few months with few problems but today it is not retrieving my gmail. It says it is synchronizing subfolders but no mail comes through. I know I have unread mail at gmail.
we are sorry to hear that. Does the problem still persist? What version of eM Client do you use?
This is the same thing happening to me… I just downloaded eM yesterday, so I know it’s the newest version.
we would appreciate if you send us logs: go to menu Tools->Settings->Logging and check Network communication. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us the logs (with reference to this topic) using the same logging settings window.
