I added a new subfolder using the Yandex web interface, but it will not display within eM Client. I have tried re-synchronising and performing a repair, but still it will not display. Even looked whether it was hidden within the option to hide/show folders, but it’s not even displayed there. Any advice?
Hi Justin,please check subscriptions in Mail>Tools>Accounts>Affected account>IMAP and make sure they are off.You can send us logs from Menu>Tools>Operations>Log by copying with Ctrl+A and paste to notepad then send the file to firstname.lastname@example.org
