EM Client sometimes does not start. I need to restart the PC in oder to get the programme running. This is very annoying, esp if you are in a hurry. I disabled the backup function as this caused similar problems in the past. I also have Mailbird on my PC and I never had such problems. Please fix this!
Next time when eM Client won’t start, check in your Windows Task Manager and make sure there are no background eM Client processes running.
You could also check that you are using the latest version of eM Client available for download from https://www.emclient.com/release-history
If this does not solve the issue, and you have a Pro License, then you can open a support ticket with eM Client.
