I set it up with my gmail and it connected fine, the password works, I tried the fix and it shows no problems (connects fine). I even get the test email in gmail webmail itself but the program shows nothing, and my email just sits in my outbox.
Hello Kevin, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? Are you using any security software on your computer that may have disabled the applications ability to connect to your mail server?
Firewall is off, this was tested before installing Antivirus.
Version is: 6.0.22344.0
It’s working today, but only when I have my wireless turned on, it doesn’t work over my wired connection.
Hello again Kevin, this would most likely point us to a network issue or a network security element that seems to be blocking the connection, are you seeing any errors when synchronizing the account over your wired connection?
If so, can you please make a screenshot of the error and submit it to us here on the forum?
