Not seeing all categories on left

I was looking through the WebHelp to find that on the left side of the em, there are listed as follows: Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Widgets (which is where RSS is found). Mine only has Mail, Calendar, Tasks.  How do I get RSS to show up?
