Not retrieving new messages from webmail

I am running eMClient version 8 on Windows 10 and when I run “send/receive all” it runs for a second or two and says there are no current operations. I have been unable to retrieve messages from webmail since May 2nd.
The program checks for mail often but with no results despite the fact that my webmail inbox is getting full.

Can you go to Menu > Operations and look for any IMAP errors in the Log tab.
