I am trying to print and e-mail, but keep getting the message “Before you can print, you need to select a printer…” I select but it won’t recognize and use any of my installed printers, even after I selected them from the printer menu. What do I need to do in order to be able to print from eM Client?

eM Client get print settings from Internet Explorer (you can compare printing from IE and from eM Client whether the problem is the same). Try to set print settings in Internet Explorer (Page Setup) and let me know if it works.
