Not recieved e-mail very well.

Dear All, We have a little problem to recieved e-mails. We have to click on the INBOX folder to start downloading emails, otherwise eM Client never warns you that you have new mail.

Version of eM Client = 6.0.22344.0
Mail server = IMAP

Hello Nazareno, can you please specify the application’s setup, what mail service are you using with eM Client? Are you using any security software on your computer that may have disabled the application’s ability to connect to your mail server?

Are you seeing any errors thrown by the application?

Are you using an IMAP account?

Hi, we could solved the problem. We just change the IMAP and SMTP server.
