Not Receiving from Server but can download existing messages

Since 8/16 I am no longer receiving email on this program. My ISP is Centurylink. I do get all my messages on Thunderbird. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled with same database intact. Any help would be appreciated. I have a valid free license. I use the same license on other PCs in my house and receive mail on those okay.

Any errors posted to MENU > OPERATIONS > LOG?

What happens when you click on REFRESH

Nothing happens with the refresh. Here is the bottom of the log entries. There is an exception but I don’t know what it means. GUIStatus_Exception_Reported = True

I got it to start receiving again by copying an old email from a folder into my inbox.
